Carbon Mexican Steakhouse - Port Orchard

We went here looking for great Mexican food.
It was very good! The menu is a bit limited, not including some of my favorite Mexican foods (like Chili Rellano), but the items they have are worth checking out. We'll be back to try a steak next time.
Yes, prices are a bit steep for little Port Orchard...

The food is crazy good. They need more wait staff. If they ever got busy they would lose customers. The food will keep you coming back in hopes that the service will improve. We were complimented with menu items because it took too long to bring out food. But damn, food is outstanding and plentiful.

Really good food! This is the place for authentic Mexican dishes. A great mix of low, mid, and higher priced entries. I look foward to going back and trying some other things on the menu.

Outstanding food and steakhouse. Some people might think it is pricey, but I assure you this place is worth it. The street tacos are reasonably priced and the best I have had outside of Texas. They say the carne asada is the best in the US, and it's the best I have had in a decade. Great margaritas, great service in the bar. I highly recommend this place.
