    In 5 visits I’ve had a few problems. Today it was that the online pizza tracker reported the order was ready 5 minutes before I got there, went in for pickup and waited another 20mins because it “wasn’t quite ready yet”. I might as well have ordered when I walked in. Anywhere from 8-12 workers in there at once and they all avoid the register like the plague. Also, the drivers take up all of the customer parking spaces.

    Food is good for the price but after a few experiences the pattern has been that they lack what their industry is largely built on: saving the customer time.

    The drivers sometimes stop for over 10 minutes on the tracker app, and I just wonder what y’all are doing. Please don’t take my pizza on your potty break.

    Man it’s a bummer because about six months ago you guys were rocking the delivery times at 15-20 minutes, but now it takes 48 minutes from “Perfection Check Complete” till my pizza is on my doorstep.
