Farrelli's Pizza

I was so excited to try a new pizza place that I went there twice, thinking it was open; of course, they were not open, but a few days later, we lucked out!
Walking into a clean new building, with minimal scarring or dings, and the air filled with seasonings you can only find in a pizza parlor wows your sensations and is always a pleasant feeling!

As you walk in, the kitchen is straight ahead, the bar area to the left, and the family dining area to the right.
We chose the family side.

Frances was our sever, she was polite, not overly chatty but she checked on us plenty of times without making a nuisance out of herself.

The menu had various options: Appetizers, build your own pizzas, artisan pizzas, salads, entrees, and desserts.
A decent choice!

We ordered a twelve-inch deluxe classic pizza with pepperoni, fennel sausage, Canadian bacon, red peppers, mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella, and provolone cheese.

Also, we ordered a salad to split and what was supposed to have been a lite salad, considered their smaller salads; the server gave us an entrée salad, which is their full-size one. Not knowing that it was the wrong size we were given, I told the waitress that we were impressed that the salad was so significant in size for being their "lite" salad, and she said, "Oh, I know...I know, and thank you."
We didn't even catch that it was the wrong size on the receipt until we got home and looked at the receipt. And our server (Frances B.) never said, "I'm sorry we gave you the wrong size salad," or anything of that sort.
Lesson here? Check the receipt before paying, we normally do, but hopefully this is a one off for us!

The total bill, not including our tip, but also including the glass of Coors light beer, and AFTER joining their rewards, getting the ten dollars off was still 50 dollars, I know things are more expensive right now, and in the grand scheme of things if the pizza was awesome, the shock factor of the bill would have been a little less.

At least that salad was aesthetically pleasing! On a bed of mixed spring greens were five small slices of chicken (now that I am thinking of it, that wasn't much chicken for the large salad), blue cheese, craisins, candied pecans, and slices of apple to the sides, all dressed with a raspberry vinaigrette. Good taste overall!

Unfortunately Farrelli's Pizza only comes on a thin crust. The pizza we ordered, although an acceptable tasting pizza, we felt lacking in a couple of different ways; for one, there really wasn't enough sauce, and cheese was minimal; this is coming from someone who prefers average amounts of sauce and cheese, nothing outrageous, but enough were I could taste it, and I do like the sensation of biting into a piece of pizza, and the cheese stretches like taffy. Also, the crust was thin and awkwardly thinner towards the middle of each piece.

The restrooms were clean, no fouls smells or odd odors, the family part of this restaurants was comfortable and casual. I'm sorry I can not tell you about the bar area.

There is plenty of parking area, no need to worry about that!

Directly across Bucklin Hill Road is Maynard's Restaurant.

Unfortunately I can honestly say, we probably wont be back anytime soon, perhaps in the future we will try Farrelli's Pizza again!
I urge you to give them a try and decide for yourself, this is my opinion and mine alone!

This is now my new favorite pizza place , friendly staff amazing food!!! Worth a try if you’re in the area !

First time going, very friendly atmosphere, love the aesthetic! Their F-bomb drinks were soo good, I got the back porch with cucumber 🥒 vodka . Mmmmmm

the service was great and the food was good! personally i thought the dessert was the best part. the chocolate cake and cheesecake were flavorful and the cake was rich and moist.
