Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've been here plenty of times with my family and have been served by many different servers and the experience has been the same every time. The food as well has been perfect each time and when it wasn't they were more then happy to fix it. Fun family environment and I recommend to all.

We showed up late in the evening with a very large crowd. The staff was great. They sat us all together and one person was even greeting us at the door and taking us to our group. The waitress did a fantastic job of taking all of our orders. Especially at the kids table that had 7 kids at it. She was very prompt with all our refills and made sure that all our needs were met. Great job all around.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and to my surprise there was no wait. The server was very polite and on the ball. We got our food in a reasonable time. The only issue is that they are always slow with the bottomless fries. This has always been an issue with this restaurant. I love their fries and their campfire sauce they serve with it.
