Dirks' Pizza

Amazing pizza! Cooked in a pan, but not deep dish. Just a perfect american style pizza. Dirk was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting while we ate. This would be my go to pizza if I lived in town. It will be a highlight of cross state trips from here on out.

Pizza (even the crust!) was the best I've had the pleasure of eating in a long time. I occasionally get a craving for pizza but have found from other pizza companies in Eburg that it doesn't taste anything close to what my "imagination" was wanting. Not so today! I have never been to Dirk's Pizza before today and it tasted so good and the owner was very nice. I will return.

Phenomenal pizza! My entire family decided that every time we head thru Ellensburg, we will have to get pizza here! Generous toppings, very generous amount of cheese. Perfect crust. We will be back again and again

Amazing pizza, I'm not a huge pizza person but I ended up having two slices which is very unusual for me....super customer service, foot was cooked perfectly and not a long wait.

Mr. Dirks was very cheerful. The pizza was fantastic. We had pepperoni & bacon. There was lots of cheese & the crust was perfect. Price was very affordable
Come to find out... he is from my home town on the west side. We will be dining there again next month.
