“Nice hotel with clean spacious rooms. Convenient location being right off the highway and close to stores. The room service was great, friendly staff and great tasting food. The Casino was on the smaller side, and the staff in the Casino area were fantastic. The hallways were pretty smoky, but the rooms were fine. The hot water was not working the first day we were there, so it would have been nice if they didn't charge us a resort fee since we couldn't even take a shower. However, they do have really good rates.”

“Mostly wonderful food and service, although special instructions during lunch time is consistently gotten wrong for "NO MAYO OR EGG DUE TO SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY" and we've ended up having to throw out our to go orders on numerous occasions when we get home and find mayo on our burgers. Big food and money waste 😕 The cooks and hosting staff at check out need to get that this type of special order is for a life threatening allergy like peanuts and do a better job making sure the order is correct and without allergen when special instruction is repeated several times when ordering.”
