“Pro: Food is absolutely delicious, beer is very good, and staff is super friendly. Con: For the price, the servings are TINY. Even the starters. We got the Pretzel starter with beer cheese dip. The beer cheese dip was 2.50 extra and was only a tablespoon of the dip. Didn't even last for half the pretzel. My husband got the Nachos starter as a main, it was so tiny, even for a starter, especially considering the price. I bought a salad main entree, it was the size of a side salad. I'm from Traverse City. Home of the the initial brewery and distillery growth boom in the late 90s early 2000s. My husband and I like to visit and support brewers, so we have experience. This price point is just too high. It was $9 a pint. That's just a bit much, especially if your going to open a tab and have a few drinks. 2 drinks a person on a date night would cost $40 without even buying food... Cost of alcohol aside, we are not big people. We left the meal after spending $50 and still hungry. So while I think everything tasted great and the staff was awesome. Unfortunately the price point left a bad taste in my mouth after leaving hungry.”

“Friends introduced Linwood to us, and now we try to get their food whenever we're in the area. Have no issues with the ordering process of checking their daily IG posts and then text the order and pickup time in. Keeps the food freshly made and the storefront from crowding. Staff was wearing masks. The food is big portioned, generously seasoned, and full of flavor. It's hard to stop eating. We're so happy to have this option available in the valley.”

“A place for locals with surprisingly decent food. Good selection of beers on tap and the burgers are my favorite. You can order a basket of fried gizzards if that's your thing.”

“This is your basic hole-in-the-wall breakfast and burger restaurant. Great breakfast. The omelets are tasty. I had a delicious chicken fried steak smothered in cream gravy. The hash browns were perfect - crispy and tasty. Coffee was okay.”

“My wife and I stopped for dinner here because we were craving Italian food. We were immediately greeted by the man making the pizzas ( I think he was the owner) he was very nice and accommodating. The waitress was also very nice and personable. We ordered pizzas and they were incredible. 10/10”

“Great beer as expected, without the tourist crowds often found in Winthrop at the original facility. Wonder if they'll ever open a similar business in Carlton...?”
