Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Red Robin has always been good. Now that they have little computers on each table, it has become one of my kids' favorites as well. If you're avoiding red meat, they serve the Impossible patty, which tastes great!

Great service and food. Our order is always correct and comes out quick! The staff is amazing. I left my phone in there once by accident and they ran it out to me!

RR in Bonneylake has gone from A+ to B-. Food is good and service was nice but nit impressive. When i first began to frequent this location I walked in to a super friendly staff. A waitress that brought hot fries to our table before we ordered. A manager who was on the floor meeting people and ensuring everyone got a hot meal as fast as possible. This time no fries (it was explained they don't do that), server was nice but had missed us arriving initially, food seemed different than advertised (shocking i know) but the manager just wanted to wipe tables and help clean. Not really attempting to meet greet and encourage return visits...as a manager should be doing. Let the wait staff do the table cleaning. If you are short staffed then either get someone else in there or do both. Back to the server... he really did try to make it better because again something was left off my original order...he didn't charge me for my dessert which I in turn added that to his tip.
