The Buttered Biscuit Restaurant And Bar

Super friendly employees. Very clean and homey place. Gave us free corn bread and a cinnamon roll for the trouble of having to drive out here after trying to go to the Sumner location for corn bread (they were out).

They serve large portions which I don't object to (take home meal). I had a cinnamln roll this last time and in my opinion it had way too much granulated sugar oozed out of the roll & wasn't baked enough, doughy. I've eaten there before had an omelet and fried potatoes that were very good. I've had the three berry crepes too. The crepes were too sweet in my opinion. I would omit the sweet cream they put on them next time.

I can only say that the meal I ordered was outstanding! Everyone else in my group had a few things nitt picky with there meal. Since I didn't eat there meals , I can't comment on them. We had a late dinner in the bar , service was good . Bar was not busy on this night , so take that into account. Drinks were good not watery, good bartender! The biscuit in Bonney Lake has a lot of reviews that are really mixed , so best thing to do is try it yourself . Menu in the bar was not really big , don't know if the menu in the dinning area is bigger. The menu had a little bit for everyone, burgers, salads and dinner items. Some not so common would be like the chicken and waffles or the cheesy shrimp and grits ( which was outstanding ). Don't read the reviews just go try it and decide for yourself.

We just LOVE this place! My husband and I come here just about every weekend - huge portions, amazing food & the service is wonderful. The corn bread is like a dessert! They actually just revamped the menu so there are quite a few things on there I can't wait to try. We typically sit at the bar and visit with Kendra, the bartender there. The owner Tami truly cares about this business and making sure that every customer is satisfied. You definitely need to check it out!

My boyfriend and I visited from Seattle on Halloween and can't praise this establishment enough. Menu item names, homey feel, excellent service, food portions...
I only eat my mother's cornbread, their cornbread is a must no matter what else you order. We are Definitely planning to visit again soon.

It is well worth the trip, beautiful and picturesque drive.
