Gosh this place just rocks. We go here whenever we are in Bonney Lake area. All you can eat sushi at the bar with an excellent custom menu. We hope to be a franchise partner with them someday also.
Trappers is the best, hands down.
Go check them out and have fun
We love the sushi here! The staff is great. Presentation is amazing. We took a few pictures. The Trappers and Bonney Lake are a couple of our favorites.
Trappers: Has the little scallop Nugget type things and the orange fish eggs. A favorite.
Bonney Lake: My other favorite, has shredded crab on top I think, cream cheese, tempura
Samantha: Has lobster and shrimp. Yummy.
MT Si: Smoked salmon, apple, avocado, chili sauce. Yummy
I usually get the Bonney Lake Roll..my favorite. The flavors are amazing. Service is usually good. The roll is priced at over $15 which seems high to me, but worth it every once in awhile. The seating isn't really comfortable but the atmosphere is usually nice when I've been there.
Great customer service! Waitress was incredibly personable and helpful. We try to eat here a couple of times a year, and it's been good every time. Both the lunch and dinner all you can eat are worth it... Just depends on what you want.
This review is for the all you can eat lunch menu experience. Our waitress seemed stretched a bit thin but when she was there she was helpful and extremely pleasant. Our sushi chef was cordial enough and extremely good at job. I am no sushi expert by any means but I have had my fair share over the years. Food was delicious. Ingredients were fresh. No hard rice or bad fish. The ayce lunch menu is significantly more limited than the dinner menu but still offers a wide variety of choices for the novice sushi consumer. The blackberry lemonade was excellent as well. Recommended.
