Jack in the Box

Front counter worker was very professional. He did his best to make the custmers happy. The cooks were under staffed and very busy. They forgot my egg rolls. He made up for it by offering a free dessert for making me wait about 20 minites for my total order. I appreciated the offer. The mini tacos were very good. The double fish, I like the flavor of the fish. However the lettuce was very limp and cold. Overall, great customer front counter service. Cook time very slow.

Very friendly people working here! My only issue was that I ordered "no pickles no onions" on my burgers, and I got "no onions no tomatoes". I had a big order, though, so I can understand that they may have heard me incorrectly at the drive-thru. It wasn't a huge deal- so I didn't go back and return the food since I didn't want to waste it. I just ate my burgers with no tomatoes and took off the pickles. The food was still good and everything else was correct. They remembered to add marinara with the cheese sticks. I've had people forget the marinara at other locations before- so that was a plus.

The lady that served us at the window was a very nice person and smiled, as well as wishing us a great day. Accessible location and easy to get to quickly along our way home.

It's freaking Jack in the Box, they are on the cutting edge as far as new food and drink are concerned IMHO. Love to try a new sandwich or drink, love the Dr. Pepper and cherry drink!!! Upper management lets make this happen! The staff are usually pretty sharp as far as getting your orders correct and hot and to you in a timely manner, as well as professional and friendly. It seems like they have pride in the job they are doing. Something that you rarely see in thier want to be competitor's.
