The waitstaff here is helpful and attentive, even when their swamped. I want expecting much from a chain but I was very pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious...the butternut squash ravioli was perfect. Well done guys!
It has great good, reasonable prices, incredibly nice and friendly staff, and is always clean. The only downside is if it gets super busy it can be a little loud. There is plenty of seating spaced out so you aren't practically sitting on top of other parties.
We ordered the spaghetti and it was really tasty! We also ordered the garlic bread appetizer. Very satisfied with our meals, the service was great and servers were attentive.
The only disappointing part of our visit was when we ordered the garlic bread, the waiter asked, "would you like me to add a little cheese on it for you?" We said, "sure". I took this as a gesture similar to being at other restaurants when the waiter asks if you'd like cheese on top of your salad or soup. But when we got the bill, we noticed a $2.00 charge for the cheese. I feel this should have been mentioned by the waiter once we said "sure". A simple "hey, by the way, it will be $2 extra", would have been considerate. It wasn't that big of a deal. We paid the extra charge with no question. But it was something that made me go "hmm..." when I left. That's my only complaint/suggestion to management... it would have been great if the waiter let us know it would be an extra cost because we may not have agreed to add the topping.
Other than that, we enjoyed the experience and will return.
Asparagus was excellent! Spaghetti with meat sauce was good but the meatballs really made the dish. Side salad was plain. Iceberg lettuce, black olives and shredded mozzarella-really needed other veggies.
