Mazatlan Restaurant

Food was great, service was wonderful. I had asked if they could make me a spicy cucumber margarita and it was fantastic, my favorite. The waiter said "we don't use mixes, we just muddle" I love that!!

I order food through Uber eats with this location every now and then. I decided today I would place an order over the phone then go pick it up myself since the food is really good. A woman answered politely asking how she could help me. I thought she was in a good mood because I heard her laugh as she said her greeting. I said, "Hi, I'd like to place an order for pick up--" She interrupted me and said, "It's gonna be a few minutes." and the line went quiet instantly. I thought maybe the line went dead so I waited a moment saying, "Hello?" trying to see if the call dropped. I called again and she said her greeting again. I said I was sorry to call again but I thought the phone call dropped. She rudely explained she was the only one there and that I needed to wait. It would have been better to let me know that I was going to be put on hold but I ended up calling another restaurant down the road for service and they were so much nicer to me. I probably won't call them again to place an order for pick up and will continue to only go through them with Uber eats. Food is great, customer service needs work.

Great Mexican food! Thoroughly cooked and nice relax atmospher. Not too expensive either.

Had my sister's birthday dinner there tonight. I hadn't been to this Mazatlan before, and even though I have only good things to say about the other locations that I have been to, I think this one is now my favorite Mazatlan. They just did everything a little bit better. Excellent food and service. I will definitely return.
