(May 24, 2020, 1:08 am)Waited in the line behind a customer that took forever to order their several drinks. I was in the line before closing time and thankfully got to the order screen before 6. Even though my clock said it was a minute before closing time, they wouldn’t serve me, yet I still had to wait in the drive thru line to get out until the person in front of me got their drinks. I totally understand closing times, however, you would have thought they’d be able to help a person that was waiting in line since before closing time, especially since it wasn’t our fault that the person in front took so long and we were the only other car. It just surprised me. Good customer service should take priority.
