Copper & Salt Northwest Kitchen

This is so beautiful to eat at, the waitress was friendly and very good at her job. She refreshed drinks in a timely fashion, she gave us plenty of time to eat our appetizer before she brought out our main dishes. All the food was five star, and the prices were not off the charts. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a nice dinner either with two or a small group.

Update: Dinner is pretty good. Excellent steak. Cuts like butter 😋

Excellent service. The brunch menu is actually quite limited, so this 4 star rating is largely about customer service and ambiance rather than a culinary experience.

Amazing views. Spacious and cozy at the same time. It's a perfect setting IMHO. They just need to up their menu game (it's actually quite... boring, and doesn't match the amazing ambiance).

Also, you'll appreciate the distancing the current tables configuration is due to current Covid pandemic.

Moderately priced. Valet or self park.

I very rarely give reviews. But I have to say something about tonight.
My stepson celebrated his 18th birthday gathering of 15 people, family & friends, was outstanding! We were treated like royalty. The service and gourmet dinners were outstanding!!!

Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive - thanks, Kai! Blueberry pancakes were delicious and a generous serving that I sadly couldn’t finish. Will definitely return!
