Great place! The dude who runs the place is very considerate and friendly. It parades bison meat, but equally parades vegan/vegetarian options. He even cleaned off the grill before cooking the meat. I wish I could rate this place double the stars!

This restaurant is awesome. I ordered a vegetarian BLT, and when they cooked the soy bacon they even used a different spatula and different part of the grill for non meat which I was very impressed by.
My husband had the bison burger and loved it, he says it was "juicy and tender ". They also had signs around the restaurant talking about how their bison meat is the healthiest and leanest of all.
The photo included is if the kind man working their who took our order and made our food! He told us about his hunt for the perfect tofu and his time perfecting his garlic hot sauce. Wonderful place and I cant wait to go again!
