This is a sweet experience. It’s a beautiful building and the gift shop is enough to hold you enthralled for hours! For repeat experiences however, the food is not at the quality they charge for the experience. It’s good, but unfortunately, not special. Thus a four star review. The teas I’ve had are very good. Go at least once!

Just celebrated my daughters 10 birthday here. 9 girls and 7 moms... it's was wonderful! We had the whole front room to ourselves. Everything was brought out in courses timed just perfectly. The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. They even had a separate table set up four all the gifts and we had 20 minutes at the end to do presents. It's not cheap, but the experience and joy it brought my daughter and her friends was totally worth it.

The waitresses are friendly. The food is ok, but the experience is the reason to do this. The fanciness and manners are super lovely. Been 3-5 times and cannot wait to do it again.

The only complaints are I smell animal urine when I walk it. My nose is a little extra so this doesn't ruin the experience and everything is clean, so do not let this deter you in anyway. The tables are cozy, feels more like a European restaurant. We usually go on Sunday afternoon and there has always been a large loud party in the middle.

    4.5999 would recommend highly.

Beautiful place. Still had Christmas decorations up in January, and we were glad we got to see them, since we weren't able to come in December. The service is good. The china is lovely. The gift shop is full of all kinds of fun and pretty things like home decor items jewelry, china, scarves and clothing, scented soaps, lotions, and other beauty items. The food is pretty good --and nicely presented. Especially like the frozen cranberry salad. We miss the quiche they used to serve! The prices seem a bit too high is the one negative thing. Lunch with tea averages around $25 per person. That's not for a fancy high tea or anything. Overall, a nice place to go for lunch with the ladies or little girls, too.

This is our go-to place in the area for tea. The quality of the food, tea, service, and atmosphere can't be beat. It's a generous menu & we always need boxes to take some home. Their scones alone are amazing. In the teas we get, there's never been a limit except our appetite. They also will take orders for scones you can take home. The gift shop has lots of fun items, and I usually find something that just has to come home with me. Try them...they always go out of their way to make sure everyone has a great experience.
