Duke's Seafood

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Our server was Wade who went above and beyond his job to give us the best possible experience we could have had. We were blown away with his knowledge of the menu and overall kindness with each and every single one of us. Oh and the food? Some of the best you’ll have in the whole area! If you’re hungry, come here. You won’t regret it. We had family visiting from Minnesota that had nothing but great things to say. Thank you so much Dukes! (And Wade)

We stopped in around 1:30 to celebrate my husband's. They have a new item on the menu. They have vegan tacos that were absolutely delicious. I love the way they introduce new items and if they are successful, they go on the regular menu. The wait staff are always friendly and helpful. Love Duke's Ruston Way!

The view was spectacular, the service was great, the food was just okay, especially for the price. Everything on the menu seemed to be covered in sauce to the point that I couldn't even taste the salmon I ordered. A few veggie/gluten free options available and labeled on the menu, which was appreciated. Also a lot of non-seafood options? I guess this would be a good compromise restaurant if you had a group of picky eaters but it wouldn't be my first choice if I was just looking for seafood options.

They have delicious seafood salads and many choices that are gluten free. So nice to be offered chips and salsa in place of bread and butter for those of us who can't eat wheat! The wait staff are always attentive and the view of Commencement Bay is spectacular. Make reservations or you may have a long wait. You can opt for eating in the bar, which is comfortable.

Customer service is exceptional. The employees really seem to enjoy working there. Food was tasty and fresh. Views of the sound and Port of Tacoma are beautiful. Great place for romantic dinner, date night and anniversaries. Restroom was spotless. Lots to entertain on the walls if you have to wait for a table. There is even an old fireboat next door to check out if it's a long wait. Highly recommended.
