    Ok I gave the 5 star to the waitress and because the food was warm. They weren't that busy but because they were short staffed there was a wait. Thank god we had an experienced waitress or it would have been a very long time before we got out of there. Saw a staff member wash a table then wash the seats then wash another table with same cloth not very sanitary

    My nephew played in the special Olympics regional basketball tournament at the Lakewood community center, really cool. My girl said, there's an IHOP. Fast friendly service. Quite a good day

    Good service. But it appeared they were short on staff: they had no reception who could handle the incoming guests and who could accept payment; thus, effecting timely waitressing. The food was very good.

    I wouldn't mind paying the prices if the service was a little better. I wouldn't mind paying the prices if they would give me two pieces of bread with my omelette. The omelet was good, so is the orange juice. Over $30 bucks for 1 breakfast and 2 coffees is a little steep
