Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our waitress was amazingly patient with an issue where my bank put a security block on both of my debit cards. I ended up having to go to an ATM to pay for the meal while she waited. This is on top of providing safe food for several food allergies in our very large group and encouraging us to do what we needed to stay safe and still get the most enjoyable meal we could. So often I end up ordering something boring but ready to prepare safely to ensure I won't be too much of a burden, so that permission really helped with enjoying the evening more fully. Then she kept our drinks full, and even found a little time to listen to our kids chatter and treated them like absolute royalty - we had about a dozen kids in this very large group (infants to teens), so she would have deserved a medal just for putting up with us. Giving us great service, under these conditions, is true talent. Red Robin, I hope you know what gems your staff are! The food was also good, came quickly - even with a couple of allergies! - and refills were frequent.

Seated quickly. Waitress was pretty attentive. Food came out quickly. Everyone loved their food choices. If we are over there again we might just stop in. Only downside was the accessibility to get into the parking lot.
