I think the pizza is made in bricks or wood. Forgot which one. It’s the bees knees though. Cheese got that oily drip, the crust is perfect (not too thick not too thin) and the peps are big. Soon as I walked in I knew they was gone slap. Get you a sub on the side too. The bread is soft with that brown oil u get at different sub places and the toppings are plentiful. Just melts perfect with those tongue enzymes. AND it smells like Nag Champas. Very peaceful environment. In the cut... gotta look up or you’ll miss it.

Tried out this place last week, ordered the meatball sub, club sub and a cheese steak. I freaking love the bread, soft with a little chew, not like a hot dog bun at all which is what sandwich shops do. Lotta people like that texture but I'm not a fan so I was pleasantly surprised. Employees were friendly and took my order immediately, the owner was friendly and we chatted a bit. They have a pretty awesome selection of beers which I browsed while waiting on the sammies. Must have waited less than 15 minutes from start to finish for 2 hot subs and a cold and it was worth the wait. I bought some chips and beer, took the meals home and had plenty for leftovers the next day. So freaking good. I'm really glad to have a place like this in the neighborhood for a quick bite that isn't a chain burger place. I'll have to try the pizza next.

My wife and I go here often and we are never disappointed.

With a name like that how can you not give them a chance. Cant say it changed my life, but id did taste amazing. I am sure that the locals know of SOL, and now I also recommend it.

I got a French dip sandwich which was so good. If you are craving a good French dip, come here. So different than the franchise stores. I always went to the franchise roast beef store but not any more.
Now let me tell you about the pizza.
If you want a pizza with fresh ingredients, do come here. Remember homemade crust?
My brother in law loves pizza. Bringing him here.
The prices are very reasonable.
