Its beautiful and clean. The waiter and meat handler are very polite. The food is usually rare. You can ask for well done but it still looks rare most of the time. The meat is salty for the people that can't have a lot of salt. For those of you that aren't feeling like eating meat but wanna go with your spouse they have the best shrimps and salad items.

Love this style of eating! Great service, great food, lots of choices. Everything we had was delicious, almost too salty but not not enough to turn you away. The salad bar is great but not your typical fixings for the most part, the hearts of palm are amazing. The sides are perfect and the cheese bread is fantastic. Definitely make reservations and show up early for a cocktail or 2 before being seated, they are amazing!

Staff was super courteous and thoughtful. Servers actually listened to us when we requested a specific meat. Our reservations where at 9:30 and our group did not leave until 11:30pm well past their close time. They never rushed us or made us feel like we needed to leave. The food was great and definitely an experience. Even though it is a smaller location then what I was used to on the east coast I did not see any drop in quality.

Second visit, just as fabulous as the first. So many choices! Real food, pure, clean food. The employees are unfailingly polite and engaging. I think the prices are quite reasonable. $48 for everything, $30 for the extensive salad area that is much, much more than salad. Kudos to the bakers for the excellent dessert menu. The servings are huge! My visits were 7 months apart, nothing seems to have changed in quality and atmosphere. 7 of my family members agree it is a wonderful establishment!

Certainly a splurge, but the great food and amazing service makes it worth every penny. Our server, Hannah, was absolutely a highlight. The food is amazing, and plentiful. In addition to a fantastic assortment of endless meats, the salad bar has amazing cheese and vegetable accompaniments. We were celebrating the holidays and our anniversary, and the additional touch on the dessert was appreciated. If you make it here while the seasonal cinnamon cheesecake (left) is available, seriously, get it.
