Pros: Favorite food in Tacoma, awesome sushi.

Cons: busiest restaurant in Tacoma and somehow this surprises the staff every single night. There appear to be no support staff. The staff are all running around panicking all night. It’s a disaster. If you want another round of drinks or to order more food you are out of luck. Make sure you get bottles and a lot of sushi when you order because you won’t be seeing your server for a long time.

HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES. People aren’t going to put up with this forever.

We've been a few times and really enjoyed it. Last night we got to sit at the end of the Sushi bar where the dishes were coming out. Wow! So many beautiful dishes went by. To me, it was the best seat in the house. Our dishes were really tasty. Loved the whole experience.

Absolutely delicious sushi and hot food as well. My kids love sitting at the sushi bar and watching the masters do work. Highly recommend for everyone.

This place is easily my new flavorite Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was outstanding and the food was incredible. They were all so kind and paid very close attention to our table. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone i know to check this place out.

I've been going here for about a decade and never been let down. Not very long ago a change of ownership made me nervous but it has been fantastic. Many improvements to an already wonderful place. Tim is very attentive and professional. Cruz is the nicest bartender in Tacoma and skilled as can be! Food is bright fresh and beautiful. Great people + great food + great drinks + great atmosphere = great place. Best in town!
