We went to this place during happy hour they have good deals!
We order the 3 for $30 rolls we also order appetizers and Drinks.
Our server was so good and gave us some recommendations.
I don't remember the names if the rolls but trust me they're good!
We definitely go back to this trappers sushi on 6th.
Food 4/5, atmosphere 0.5/5, customer service 4/5, "it" factor: uhh no
The food was no doubt tasty and delightful. However that's where the bill hits the road on this one. The atmosphere was welcoming yet somehow stale and sterile. The customer service here was jovial! When they say we're like family, they MEAN it. Don't expect to have a solo intimate meat here - the whole team is eating with you.
Some people believe in love at first sight. We didn't find it at trappers. The "it" factor is something you know immediately. Trappers has something but it ain't "it". Satisfactory 3/5. Keep looking.
This was my first time at a Trapper's Sushi. In the past (15 years ago), we would sit at a sushi bar while the food was prepared right in front of us. It was very fresh and flavorful. I personally did not find this food to be that flavorful. They had a good selection of drinks. I will probably stick to the traditional sushi bars in the future, and avoid chains. Just not what I remembered sushi to be. Also, VERY pricey; but that's par for the course these days.
Excellent food & service. Suggestion: offer a smaller sized beer at a reduced price. I'm definitely going back!
