More stars for the positive times which helps buffer all the times that I got bad food.

Food is a hit and miss. I have placed orders here and there from time to time, and it your food quality depends on how busy the location is. I asked for no Jalepano sauce on my cheesy bean and rice burritos and paid extra for the sour cream. Well, I got no sour cream and the J. sauce remained (which I am allergic to). Not worth even calling and wasting the time on the phone for a few dollars that was trashed.

Service was quick & friendly. They were a 4. The 3 is because the chalupa shell did not seem very fresh.

Went there after work and was greeted at the drive thru by Amy who was amazingly helpful. She was very helpful, understood my complicated order and was very cheerful. We are regular Taco Tuesday buyers and the last 4 times that I have been there I have really enjoyed the people who are working there. The food is the same at most every location but the stand out employees are awesome!
