The Mansion Restaurant at Rosario Resort & Spa

Service was great, food was just okay. Portions and quality were not proportionate to price. Had halibut and portion was small and overcooked, vegetables were basic. For the price I expected better.

Expectations were high - so many had raved about it. The drive up was impressive. The people ahead of us did not have a reservation, so we were seated first. It was obvious they were busy. Our reservation was for 830. We were given the wrong menu by the host. So our waitress fixed that. The waiter who poured the water spilled, but didn't wipe our table afterwards. So our waitress fixed that. They were out of the beef and pork entrees, so we ordered seafood - the scallops and the halibut. But the halibut was "earthy" she said, so the sides were adjusted to compliment. I chose a wine to go with the "earthy" tones, but when our entree arrived, it was salmon. And it was overcooked. The scallops were nicely seared, but the sauce was a bit heavy. We had read about the truffle fries and inquired - our waitress brought us some to try for no charge due to the entree error. They were redeeming factor of our night out since they were also out of my preferred dessert.

A very nice place to eat and relax. Classy. Really had a good time. Staff was professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this establishment.

Grab a fancy cocktail in a compostable cup and roam the grounds or museum before your reservation. Great views and amazing service with pretty good food. My seafood chowder was very light on the seafood. The bacon on my hamburger was legit though. My wife’s gnocchi was undercooked, but they quickly fired up a new batch. For me, our waiter was the highlight. Fantastic service and very friendly and attentive.

Treated my brother & sister to dinner after a day of chainsawing/stacking rounds. Bob our Waiter fun as usual. Used Yelp to make online reservations (easy& had perfect table) Also.. "locals-island residents get 10% off.
We had appetizers in bar 1st..( cheese plate, bacon wrapped dates to die for! ) Dinner entrees were the cauliflower soup, pork chop, Delicata squash and a stuffed cabbage roll.
