Vita's Wildly Delicious

Vita's is one of our favorite places to visit and bring guests to on Lopez. All of the food is great, and it's hard to beat sitting on the patio with a plate of food and a few glasses on wine on a summer afternoon. The wine selection is excellent and Bruce is very knowledgeable about everything he sells.

When my (now) wife and I decided to get married on Lopez, we knew our catering options would be limited or expensive to deal with an off-Island caterer. Luckily, Bruce and the Vita's team were still open for the season and agreed to cater our wedding. They did a fantastic job; it's awesome to hear how much your guests enjoyed the food after a wedding. Bruce helped us put together a seasonal menu showcasing local ingredients; we wanted to have a late summer PNW menu and he nailed it. He was also a big help with wine, even getting us sale prices on Washington State wines. The staff he brought were a tremendous help as well.

We love Vita's and can't wait to go back just for our regular apertivo.

Very tasty baked goods. I always enjoy the pizza nights, and live music is always fun. One night while there I enjoyed some very tasty curry and rice, with bread and some green salad. Very tasty. However, be prepared for a wait, as they have a small kitchen, the actual place is great for wine tasting, and outdoor seating, especially with live music is fun. Cute little place on the island.

This is a gem. Truly wildly delicious. The tomatoes came from their own property. All produce was as good as it gets. Can't believe the quality of the chefs on this little island, truly remarkable.

Funky, eclectic, Delicious and fun. A beautiful late summer night out with my family for local music and hand crafted food. Go on a Tuesday night for the wood fired pizza it is seasonal and won't open up again until spring, I can hardly wait until I pull into fishermans bay and tie up at the dock again. One of my favourite summer traditions.

Great Rueben. Tasty shrimp cakes. Everything a la carte. Funky outdoor tables.
