Calico Cupboard Old Town Cafe

We very often have lunch or breakfast here whenever we drive up to LaConner from Snohomish to walk around for a couple of hours, 2 or 3 times a year. A wide menu of breakfast and lunch choices on the menu. Food is delicious. The breads are scrumptious! Vegetarian friendly. Hospitality is very welcoming. Service is prompt. Highly recommend as a place to eat while in LaConner.

Best cinnamon rolls I’ve had in a long time. Love the place. Share the cinnamon roll because they are big.

The two different Hashes we tried were excellent, butternut squash with bacon and the corned beef. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. The added bacon was crispy and smoky. The corned beef was succulent, bite-sized chunks with sliced red potatoes hash. The coffee was hot and dark, with lots of gluten free bakery goods, including fresh bread with homemade jams. We went to the one in La Conner, we're assuming that they're all this great!

Best breakfast/brunch in town! We love going here, especially when family/friends are in town visiting. The lavender lemonade mimosas are the perfect summer twist to a brunch standard; it'll be difficult using orange juice again in the future! Their quiche of the day is always good, no matter which one they have. And the banana coconut cakes are divine! We usually share a savory dish (like the quiche, Skagit Hash, or Calico Grub) and sweet (like the Banana Coconut Cakes or one of their many tasty cinnamon rolls). Definitely a must try when visiting La Conner!

Breakfast here is a must. We have been here a few times before, but never enjoyed the food as much as this trip! Our compliments to the breakfast chef and support staff. Love your smiles and attentiveness to be sure our coffee cup was always hot and full. The roll we ordered before breakfast with nuts and sugar and a cinnamon core with sugar (did I say sugar twice?) was the best.
