Dumpling Generation 面食代 Edmonds

Dumpling Generation is an amazing asset to the North Shoreline/ Edmonds community. Sue is a wonderful business owner and their food is amazing. Please go and try their spicy chicken, Chinese colorful salad, dumplings and chow mein. Not at all like the Americanized Chinese places so expect something different and exciting!!!

The food is okay, but it's a little too pricey for what you're getting. The noodles soup/ mixed noodles are rather like home made. My fiance could make them as well. Stick with the dumplings. The dumplings are very good, and it's what they are advertising.

This is probably the best place to get hotpot and dumplings. Actually everything I ordered here was delicious! I ordered shrimp dumplings and seafood hotpot it's highly recommended! There is parking on-site, the service is great, and seating can be limited if busy.

This dumpling restaurant has delicious dumplings that come out hot and fresh. The dumplings have a nice wrapper and good broth inside and there's a lot in an order. The soups are really good with great noodles in the broth with fresh veggies. Service is great and very prompt. Parking is decent as well.

Tried here for the first time. Just like other reviews here it seems like they are understaffed. We ordered the egg fried rice and spicy fried chicken. The egg fried rice was good, better than expected. The spicy fried chicken on the other hand did not meet my expectations since it was more on the hard/dry side. The spicy level was good and both portion sizes was good. There is a good size parking size in the back. It gets crowded easily since the restaurant isn’t that big.
