My experience on Jan 11, 2020.

Seating: pretty prompt, no wait. 3-4 tables were open at the time plus bar was empty.

Wait: My wife went to get menus herself at the register after 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed before we had to *flag down* a server. Other table sat later and got water before we had to ask.

Food: met expectations. Corn cheese was tasty. 40+ mins for chicken to come out. Sauces were good and chicken is solid.

Other observations: Saturday night about 5:30pm. Only 2 people working floor/ bar. Appeared very understaffed. No check to see how things were.

Conclusion: I've been here a number if times before with no service issues. Not sure if the manager is being cheap with labor, but service definitely went down. Be prepared to hang around for a solid hour for food alone, 30 for eating, another 15-20 to close out check.

The best Korean fried chicken and very authentic. They have private karaoke rooms. And a nice sized menu. I miss coming here but now live out of state.

Most Delicious Chicken!! I recommend the honey butter garlic one, it was the amazing! We will be back again, but get their early or you might have to wait for a table!

Tasted very different than how it was before. I was very disappointed the last two times I have been.

My favorite was the sweet and spicy. Perfects tender and juicy local half chicken yet crispy and right about of batter even with the heavy sauce coated. I’ve been raving about this spot for years.

They are always busy and there’s just one sever. Slow at times, but the greatest service ever. Knows your need before you even ask. Incredibly observant and nice.

However, these last two times, the chicken was soggy and dry. The rice cake shin ramen were watery and not much flavor. With two servers, the service was behind its bar.

I might take a break from it and try again in six months to see if I just had bad luck?
