La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their customer service is always excellent and they keep the place clean at all times. Rates are reasonable and they serve generous portions.

The beef was grade B meat super over priced. The place is very nicely put together the portions are large. Staff a little robotic not so welcoming.

Been to this restaurant a handful of times and everytime we go we leave very satisfied! Today in particular we chose to come here spur of the moment. We were greeted right away, served right away, and better yet food was out super fast and very delicious. Our server/bartender was super attentive, and the male that brought our food out was just as awesome. Also we accidentally forgot our to go box inside the restaurant the kind gentlemen who brought us our food to begin with took the time to go outside and bring the food to my sister. He didn't have to do that, but he did and I find that to be another perk of their great customer service. Will come back!

We've been here before, and the food is good. Tonight, the service with our waiter was slow. He never came back to ck on us once the dinner was served. We were able to flag down the bus boys for some forgotten items, but not the waiter. It's for that reason alone we gave it 4 stars. The food is good, and generally we're happy. Maybe it was just an off night for him. To his credit he did apologize and honored the coupon we bought in to make up for the absence of service. We'll be back, as we do like it, and its a convenient restaurant close by us.

Food was good but our server Erna was amazing and pushed it to a 5-star rating.
Had the shrimp fajitas awesome more shrimp than usual. She makes a great margarita and the chunky guacamole was amazing!
