For clarification, this is an authentic Filipino cuisine which takes a longer process of cooking so therefore if you’re in a hurry I suggest you call ahead of time. Also there’s a saying “good food takes time”, we don’t want to rush our food to serve it to you because the quality can be compromised. Remember, we are just new in our business and there’s going to be a lot of challenges that you might encounter however, we will do our best to satisfy our customers.
