The food is okay. Nothing to write home about... At all.
The service was impeccable. The ambience... Loud and a bit gritty.

We won't return. Equally good food can be had at pretty much any thai place with it's salt.

If you know a great Asian place you love and this isn't it, it's probably not going to replace yours.

Great food! Amazing service. Awesome spot for a couple looking to dine. Grab a table near the kitchen so you can to see all the delicious food coming out. Definitely will be returning.

The food is very good. Lots of options for gluten free, including some that most other places wouldn't give you an option for such as their drunken chicken. My two complaints are that it's very loud in the restaurant and the servers just do enough to get by but you never feel like they're interested in going out of their way to give you a good experience. Will continue to go their for the delicious food and large portions.

This place was amazing! At first I thought it was a bit pricey after looking at the menu, but the quality was excellent and the portions are big. The service was also great and drinks were very good! I will definitely be back and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for great Asian food!

Wonderful food and friendly, quick service. We visited Terracotta Red for the first time recently and are so happy we tried it! I have lived in Everett for a couple years and can’t believe I haven’t tried this place yet. We ordered the sesame honey chicken and the Mongolian beef. The rice comes a la carte so we ordered some of that as well. The Mongolian beef was by far my favorite! The flavor of the sauce, the onions, string beans, and pepper - all so good! I loved the honey chicken too. It was fried just right and tasted light and airy. It was sweet - but not too sweet. I love that about honey. The food came pretty quickly and the servers were all very friendly and worked as a team. They do accept passport corporate here, which is a bonus for those who sign up for that program. There is street parking only from what I could see but I found a spot fairly close by. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.
