We were starving after a concert at the casino. Came here around 2340, hoping for food. Only a limited menu available due to the hr but our meal was fantastic (bacon cheeseburger and sharing platter). Unexpected and amazing surprise was the live music - the singer seriously could be on The Voice. Our waiter (Brent) was very helpful and attentive. Long story short, we will definitely be back!

The location is very nice with easy parking. Nice big booths inside as well as a very neat cabin look. We ordered the Greek egg scramble, veggie omelette and split an order of pancakes. The scramble and omelette were average in flavor and cost. Actually I rarely use sauces in my eggs but did use a generous amount of Tabasco to add SOME flavor to my Greek scramble.

The coffee was not good. My first sip was bitter and after stirring it some more there were some brown flecks swirling around it as well as an oily shimmer to it.

The pancakes tasted odd and had brown charred flecks on them. They were a little tough to cut through and honestly had no flavor as well. No amount of syrup or jam was able to improve the pancake experience and for the first time I did not take my left over pancakes home. We ate 1/2 a pancake between the two of us.

I generally give places a second shot but find there was nothing worth coming back for. Shame, it is a very nice location for breakfast.
Oh I almost forgot, their biscuit with strawberry jam was delightful and their waitress Erin was very nice and genuine.

Good food with fantastic ambiance. I've never been so entertained by the beauty of a restaurant since I ate in a castle in Scotland. Just visiting is a treat. It's the food that will keep you coming back. Good portions and very flavorful! Make sure to check the schedule for trivia night and live music. You may even see the owners doing their rounds to make sure customer service is top notch. Highly recommend Village Taphouse and grill!

Very tasteful breakfast and happy hour. The bar has good drinks.
There is a TV that had the sporting game on.
The building inside is beautiful and huge.
Great for if you're Planning something with a lot of people. Definitely recommended!
    ( I would call ahead)
There is a private area upstairs for large gatherings. I've been up there.
    The employees were really nice.
The host Greeted us as we arrived in. Then held the door when we left.
The waitress and waiter were also awesome.
I went to the restroom. It was clean, as was the outside.

I've always enjoyed the Village, especially since opening in the new building. The food is always great, and prices are always reasonable. It's also a great brunch option. Service is always prompt and friendly. Sadly, our favorite long-time server just recently retired, but we're still happy to stop by for a meal.
