Didn't even acknowledge me. Just scanned my stuff and continued talking to her coworker. There's no standards for customer service these days. Even when I say Hi and Thank you I get nothing back. Makes me not want to go back.”

And they give back to there community and serve those less fortunate with their giving wall. A $2 dollar ticket buys a sandwich or coffee for someone in need. “Fast, efficient and effective! Now that our puppy is no longer having accidents we wanted to have our upstairs carpet cleaned to remove some pet stains. The guys showed up on time (even a little early, which was great). I showed them the space, they measured, gave me a quote prior to starting and got to work. I'm pretty sure it took them less then an hour. Our carpets look and smell great, no more pesky pet stains. Would highly recommend and would 100% use them again to have my carpets cleaned.”

“Lets be honest... it's McD's... I love the classics like filet-o-fish and big mac. There is no more dollar menu... and we all know its not good for us. The only fast food place I will give more than 3 stars is Wendy's. For obvious reasons. Mostly Wendy's never messes up my order. Literally every other fast food restaurant messes up my order 95% of the time.”
