Bush House Inn

The owners have done an excellent job renovating the Inn! A labor of love. My son and I stayed in the suite on the third floor. It was very spacious and had beautiful views of the town. The suite was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. In the morning we went down to the cafe and enjoyed homemade raspberry scones, hot tea and coffee. The owners also run the adventure center in town. Index is definitely a “hidden gem” with an endless list of adventure activities to enjoy for the entire family. Thank you Kathy and Blair for an amazing stay! We will be back very soon!!

Absolutely beautiful place with an old timey feel, but modern interior. I can't wait to go back!

Modern amenities inside historic building. Super comfortable stay in the Cascades for a Stevens ski weekend. Local family owned and operated, can't wait to stay again!

I came to stay for a friends wedding with my toddler Feb 2022 We stayed in the upstairs 3rd floor because having space and a bathroom for my daughter was important to me. The owner and host were both very friendly and welcoming able to help us with unforseen accommodations. Internet/phone service wasn't an issue after connecting to wifi. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, but no tub. My toddler is okay with showers so I would still choose this room. If you are wanting a tub,fridge,stove,microwave washer/dryer I would recommend the cottage. They have done a beautiful job renovating this old building. The common/shared spaces are also really nice. We live out of state, but if we find ourselves in the area we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful small town inn with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains in the winter snow. Especially the third floor suite. Would love to see it again come summer time. Definitely worth it!
