    Clean and friendly service, I just wish Ivar's would quit cutting down on portion sizes.. and if your gonna sell jumbo prawns make sure that they are "Jumbo"

    Ivars is consistently good. I love their true cod and chips. They also have the best tartar sauce!

    Ivar's is Ivar's. It's a predictable, satisfying, fast-food restaurant. The chowder is always good. As is the Cod. The fish portions are fairly small for the price. I enjoy the historical photos that are hanging around the place.

    Very friendly staff! Plentiful iced tea that was strong enough to stand up to the ice! I'm sad that the fish pieces keep getting smaller over the years. Yes, Ivar's, we noticed! My husband and I both enjoyed the white clam chowder, although it tasted more like bacon chowder! Please understand.... I'm not complaining about that! Skinny "McDonald's-type" fries; would be nice if they were larger diameter.

    If you have extra money in your pocket and craving fresh fish. Quality fish. Go to Ivar's. Like I said, not cheap. Service is good, place is old but clean. Love the clam chowder. If it were a little less expensive I would go with 4 ????.
