“This was somewhere I went all the time my entire childhood. They changed ownership which was sad but the new owners have done a good job and their food is really good. My only complaint is the new owners and employees. The last owners were very very nice. Good customer service, just really kind. The new crew isn’t so nice. I asked for two extra teriyaki sauces and forgot to add it when I called in, she was annoyed and said they are 50 cents each I said, oh ok no problem, I looked around for change and could only find 50 cents, she looked annoyed and took one back. I just had spent 50 dollars. As a business owner It’s pretty bad customer service to be that concerned about 50 cents and not giving someone the other one. If I had eaten in I could have used as much sauce as I wanted so it seemed a little petty and rude”

I have noticed a high employee turnover rate, but that can work to your advantage. Most new people are very generous with hefty portions. The only thing they and all other restaurants in that area need to improve, is keeping the dining area clean. The table tops are usually clean, but the seats need attention to. Even with that, I still love eating there.”
