Little costly, definitely worth the splurge once in a while. -

They were a bit backed up due to an evening rush, but efficiently handled all the orders, and had everyone out the door and happy with not a very long wait. The only bummer (not location specific) is the Five Guys prices seem to be creeping up...$48 for 4 of us is getting a little steep for take-out.

(November 15, 2019, 5:24 am)I would say that Five Guys is worth the wait, but I never really have to wait when I stop in to pick up dinner for my husband. Hahaha!
The crew at the Monroe location is very friendly. As soon as I walk in the door they greet me. I let them know I ordered on their app and from that point I take a seat to wait for the food. Almost as soon as my rear hits the chair they are calling my name to let me know my order is ready. They even apologize for the wait when there wasn't one!
The crews at McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, etc. Could learn some great customer service as well as speed of service from the guys and gals at Five Guys! :)
