    It took me 40 minutes from the time I walked in to this Subway until I walked out with my food just now. The 3 stars are for Kaety (I believe this is her name). She was the only employee working on the floor. She was able to get each customer in and out without issue, even the high maintenance customers who I eye rolled ????????‍♀️ she did her job smoothly and without hesitation. As someone in the customer service field and many years of food service, this is the type of employee to keep. Whether she was the lone ranger due to illness, negligent employees or management, she should receive some sort of bonus. At the very least the knowledge that someone noticed and appreciated her hard work and professionalism.

    Always friendly faces and delicious sandwiches. The workers here are better than any of the other Subways in Monroe.
