Taco Time

We were served by Teila and wanted to give her a special shout out for not only giving us excellent customer service but doing so in particularly difficult circumstances. She was handling the lunch rush on her own--literally the only person in the kitchen--and not only managed to take four orders from the drive through and four orders from the counter, but cooked all our food, including my sisters' special order, in good time and with a smile on her face. She was obviously stressed and should have had help, but she didn't let any of the customers feel her frustration, delivering food with a smile and good-hearted, self-deprecating apology for being a little slow. Truly impressed not only with her attitude but with how efficient she was, even working solo. Promote her!

I did drive through. The lady at the window was very nice. But confused, I guess. I wanted/ ordered three ranch. I got two ranch and one sour cream. My complaint is that I asked her. For certain. 3. But, she made up for it in personality. That's why so many stars. And the food was very good..

Taco time has been a high end taco bell so to speak. Its a 50/50 most days. This time the drive through was slower than geriatric snails procreate. The food? Very tasty. Fresh was it.
