On Black Friday the wife asked if I wanted any food before she left the area, we live a distance away from the mall, but she surprised me with a sandwich from here.
I spent a lot of my years in Florida growing up, and the Cuban sandwich from here was a slap in the face from my teens and 20s. Best Cuban sandwich I’ve had in over 20 years really appreciate the cuisine.
All I have to say is wow, the ingredients were perfect: enough mustard, pickles, meat ratio ham and pork cuts, cheese. Blown away. Thanks again really appreciate it.
Only thing missing was the sandwich wrapped in foil ;).
This is probably the only meal option worth being a must-have at Valley Mall. I stopped in at random, ordered a signature Hot Pastrami sandwich, and wow; I couldn't have possibly predicted the entirely unique taste experience. It's the first time in a while that a meal has truly surprised me in Spokane. Additionally, it's locally owned by an incredible sociable couple who were great to meet. I will definitely be returning next time I am hungry at the mall.
As much as I may miss the old restaurants, this place gives me hope for the future! The poutien fries are amazing with the cracked peppercorns. The chicken burrito, was amazing too! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
Amazing Cubano w/ corn tortilla chips and Dole whip (we got both) with some super crispy and crunchy steak fries. The pork was soft and flavorful. The service was fantastic. Go give these guys a try and you will not be disappointed.
We weee not expecting to out for lunch but found this place as we walked thru the food court at the mall. It smelled wonderful so we stopped and shared a Cubano sandwich and a side of fries with aioli sauce. All of the food was fresh and hot and really really good. The bread was wonderful, fresh cut thin steak fries were crisp and seasoned great. We just might make this a destination rather than a “just happened by” kind of place. Highly recommend.
