Black Angus Steakhouse

We had Thanksgiving Dinner at Black Angus, our reservation was at 12:15 pm. We were seated near the restrooms and I teased the waitress about where we were seated. The waitress was very good and teased me right back, she was always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, I wish that I had remembered her name. The food was good too.

It takes a lot for me to complain, but bad experience at Black Angus. I have been going to this one for 20 or so years. Anyways they get you to sign up for the app and give you all these coupon notifications and then don’t honor them? Manager couldn’t even take 30 seconds of his time to come and talk to us about it and the email was sent out this morning?? The manager just told our server to relay the message that these are corporate emails and this particular one was for the bar area only?? Even tho it said dine in or out? Anyways not the “best birthday” dinner experience and 230$ later it will probably be my last. The server was amazing by the way.

Before I went here I called to see if I need a reservation because I have been to steak houses before on Sundays and they were packed they said no that I could get right in if I came I showed up about 30 minutes later was seated and ordered crushed pineapple martini and it was delicious Beyond beliefs I also ordered a a hot cheese and seafood dip and some firecracker shrimp they were both delicious they also gave us bread and butter which was delicious and I ordered the fish tacos for my meal and my partner ordered the fish and chips both of our food was delicious beyond belief quickly brought and I kept all my leftovers and ate the rest later every single bit The Taste was so good the seasoning was perfect and I will definitely be going back! My partner and I love a good steak and so we tend to try new steakhouses and this was by far very impressive the menu was so good I wanted to try something different than steak I was happy I did I was very fulfilled he said that was the best fish and chips he's had in a long time and I was definitely very very happy with my meal and it will be returning for seconds thirds and fourths! They were very great servers that cooks definitely made me smile and my tummy smile too and then environment was awesome! Customer service Beyond expectations very clean and nice place people need to stop going to the same places and definitely check this place out! Every time I go to Outback it is wall to wall full of people and their food and services is okay but this place blows me out the water and it should be wall to wall every Sunday and every day! Step out of the box and eat here way better than out back and they season all their food very great. Six star
