Longhorn Barbecue

I had a cheeseburger today, medium-rare, and it was amazing! My only regret was not getting it Texas size. Next time.

Super friendly staff. We were seated quickly and fun atmosphere. Food was pretty good and the portion sizes were perfect.

Our server was Cassie and she made the entire experience! I have been to a lot of high end restaurants and never have I ever received the level of service and dedication as Cassie displayed during dinner tonight. We had a larger party and everyone was well taken care of and had an awesome time thanks. Great food, large portions and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend and I cannot wait to go back for more of their sweet tea 😋

Great Sunday buffet! The food was hot and fresh. At the time of this review the price was $15.95. The cornbread with honey butter is a great dessert!

Went to lunch with my Dad at the Airway Heights Longhorn BBQ. I planned to just have the salad bar because the meats that were available on the lunch buffet were not ones that I wanted to have.

Our server let me know that I could order chicken and they would bring it to me. I had the choice of getting the salad bar and then ordering a side of meat for $4 or get the full buffet and they would bring me the meat as part of the buffet price. It was an easy decision. 😂

I had some salad from the salad bar and they brought me out a quarter of a chicken, just white meat as I requested.

My Dad enjoyed all the items on the buffet. For meats they had pulled pork, sausages, rib tips, and brisket.

I think the salad side of the buffet could be improved. There wasn’t much to put on the iceberg lettuce and they needed a lighter salad dressing option. For that reason, I am happy I didn’t pay for just the salad bar and had the BBQ’ed chicken quarter as well.

As for the salad bar not many people were getting salad, so probably why it isn’t the part that they focus on.

The lunch BBQ buffet was a great deal.
