TL/DR The service was pretty great, and dining in the outdoor area was quite pleasant despite the metal chairs from hell. The portions were inconsistent, and while the food quality was fine, it wasn't as good as expected.
Service: The servers were friendly, attentive, helpful, and very willing to work around allergies and other dietary restrictions.
Atmosphere: The outside dining area itself was very nice, especially with our massive party. Unfortunately, I don't think I've experienced more painful chairs in a dine-in restaurant. Stealing the cushions from the sofas was the only way to make them remotely bearable, but there were far from enough cushions to go around. Seriously, these are AWFUL chairs.
Food:
We were a very big party, so we had an impressive variety of dishes at the tables. Some were large enough that they could have fed several people easily, while others weren't large enough to be considered a full meal for an individual. The food itself at my end of the table was ok. It wasn't bad or anything, but I had been expecting more from it.
The food is really good. Very flavorful. I LOVE the Sicilian Lasagna. Pizza is one of the best we've had, and the service was good too.
The women's bathroom could use a good scrub.
Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. 🤔
Absolutely loved this place! I think the arancini was only for restaurant week which is unfortunate because they were to die for (please add it to the menu). I also had the ravioli with Alfredo sauce and it might be my new favorite place to get pasta. Tiramisu has always been a hit or miss for me; some places make it with way too much espresso and it completely overpowers the rest of the dish but not here. Their tiramisu was perfection. Will be back
My husband and me have been looking for a new place that makes good pizza ever since our favorite place shut down. We went to Mama Mia's and I ordered the the sweet and spicy pizza and my husband got the pizza with all the meat on it and honestly it was the best pizza I ever had. It was better than our favorite spot that we had. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys for helping us have a wonderful date night. It's been a long time since we were able to go out together.
From outside it doesn't look like much. The food was excellent. The rolls were warm and soft. At recommendation of the waiter, we tried several dishes and were really impressed with quality and flavor. The best italian food for the price in Spokane, no contest The staff was really friendly and helpful. The parking lot is too small, so they may look packed but there was no wait when we went on a Friday night.
