Everyone was great, food was great but the guy who boxes the pizza with the red beard, out of uniform had a bad attitude. He set my pizza up on counter, I saw my name on the slip and I went to assist him in closing the box because he was having trouble. He said, in extremely rude tone, "Don't touch that, if it wasn't yours they'd have to remake it!" Yeah, I knew it was mine because it says my name. Had it not, or I wasn't sure, I wouldn't had touched it. He should be more concerned about his 4 inch beard flowing freely and possibly falling on the food. Or the fact that his t shirt looked as though he wore it to sleep last night. Even more so, the fact that he was not wearing gloves! Sure, ask me not to touch the pizza, no problem, it's all in your tone and demeanor. If you don't like people I'm sure there is a better position in the back for you!
Pizza is always delightful. Toppings are amazing along with the crust…….. a genuine question that I would like a response to, are the employees trained to cut the pizza? Every single time we’ve gone to this specific MOD, the slices have been so insanely disproportioned it boggles the mind. Some are two nibbles and done, others, I have to get out my pizza cutter and slice them into 3-5 pieces. I’m going to add into my order for them to not cut it.
The food was great. No one greeted us as we arrived. No directions on how things worked after they did come to help us. And then we stood at the register for 5-6 minutes without anyone saying anything else to us.
Then there were a bunch of people wearing MOD shirts not working and hanging out in a booth with others being loud and having their phones on videos all loud as well.
I would go.again for the food...maybe.
Very hit and miss at this location but today Sunday at 7:45 pm the staff was not good they had 5 people working only 1 at the counter and she was slammed and nobody was helping her. I watched everyone of them go grab a drink and communicated between themselves and then were super rude to the associate that was helping us. The lady helping us took exactly 26 minutes to make our four pizzas BEFORE the went in the oven. She clearly needed help but all the other employees were just rude and doing their own thing. These were all females.
The young lady helping me was not a very good listener however, she was polite. At the end of the experience my family did enjoy the pizzas. I think she was overwhelmed due to how busy it was. And she spelled my name like a boy. I really don't care but I know many people who would be bothered by that.
