Sengsational Cuisine Food Truck

WOW! I've never even heard of this food truck prior to today, but had the absolute privilege of partaking of their food @ the Fire District 9 Demo Day event. I was a little put off by the cost per plate when I walked up to the truck, but BOY OH BOY are they ever worth it. I got the Katsu plate and it blew my mind. Tender and crispy chicken with just the right seasonings over rice with just a nice amount of their salad and macaroni salad. I went back for seconds to get my wife food and got the Bulgogi. Again, HOME RUN! The meat was tender and lean, absolutely beautiful seasoning, top quality all around. Then, round three for my daughter. I promised to leave this review after this round. Got the Kahlua pork, and OMG! The flavor of the pork on the basic rice was out of this world! The pork really holds its own without need for any further sauce or seasoning! Now, I'm excited to try the test of their menu and I suggested their catering for our next team meeting. The price might be just outside our price range for that, but what I are today was totally worth every penny. You can taste the passion and the love for authenticity. If you get the chance, try this truck. I'd love to see them at the next food truck rally!

The best food truck I've had hands down. Maybe even the best food in spokane. These guys are legit and make the best prok belly I've ever had. Plus there ribs are somthing special. Do not pass on these guys. Make the trip and you won't be disappointed. Favorite iteams so far is there pork belly like I said, there ribs, and that katsu chicken. Amazing!!!

Outstanding food and service. The entire experience is first rate. I follow them on fb so I know where they are each evening. Best food truck I've ever experienced and I've tried them all. Love it. Go give them a try. You'll thank me for it.

Absolutely phenomenal food! Love the egg rolls and chicken teriyaki is the best! Great customer service. Joe and his son and family are phenomenal Cook’s! Always a great day when I don’t have to cook and I can just go to their food truck and order what we want!

Absolutely hands down the best food around. Fast friendly service, Excellent food. We've tried every plate. Egg Rolls will not only make you follow this page but you will follow their truck. Bulgogi beef is phenomenal so is the Teriyaki Chicken, shoot dang so is the Katsu. The sides, salad, sauces, loaded fries!!!!
If you pass by , you will never have the Sengsational experience you deserve.
