Great experience. We had our waitress, who was awesome, and then we had two managers check on us. The food was great and we had a good time. We celebrated birthdays, and the birthday sundae was SOOO yummy; cotton candy, cake, ice cream, whip cream, and sprinkles.
The Onion is on the pricy side but well worth it. The service and food were amazing! I've seen people complain that the soup is too watery...perhaps they mean it was thin? In any case, the soup was actually very flavorful when I visited this location.
I highly recommend their soup and burgers.
This place is sorta hit or miss. Stopped here twice in the last few weeks. Ordered the Cougar Gold burger which was actually pretty good compared to the cougar gold at Macdaddys. Might have helped that I told the waiter about the bad review I gave Macdaddys but either way it was good. Fries were pretty good as well...actually the fries were perfect. Not sure what sandwich my buddy got but he was happy with it. The cougar gold bread dip however was pretty disappointing for as much as it is and it come in a little shallow cast iron pan. I guess my other discrepancy would be the bartender guy and the volume of his voice. No matter where he is, you can hear him. Very loud and very hyper. Chill out a little dude. But besides that he took pretty good care of us.
Service was great. Fast & attentive. The food, however, wasn’t to my liking. Everyone said to try the onion rings, but they were so greasy. I had to take the breading off- it was pure grease. I really wanted to try the pea salad, but it has bacon in it (though if you like bacon, I hear it’s really good). I got a veggie burger & was disappointed to find out they use the old garden burgers we were stuck with in the late ‘90’s-early 00’s. You’d think for an $18 burger, they’d upgrade to “Impossible” patties. Garden patties are what they use at Subway. An hour later & I still feel sick after all that grease. I only had one onion ring & 1/2 the garden burger for reference. I won’t be coming back, but I can’t say not to try it. If you’re a meat-eater & love grease, this might be the place for you.
