“I've been ordering online & carry-out here for years & have had a good experience 98% of the time. They were friendly over the phone when I had a problem with an online order.”

“Friendly home town bar. Joe is very open and welcoming bar keep. The menu has something for everyone. My favorite is the brisket tacos. I'm from Tucson AZ and these would be a big fit there. The place really speaks for Spokane. We'll done Joe!!!”

“This place is the best. We love Mara! Great beer, great service, great snacks. 10 / 10 would visit again :-)”

“Easily the best place in the Millwood area for food and drinks. First off, ignore the downstairs area, it's just extra seating, the main Bar and patio is upstairs, or outside around the side of the building. The food is really good, and the menu is diverse. Price point is perfect and there's a nice selection of drinks. Staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Definitely worth a trip! Also, why are their Nachos so DAMN GOOD.”

“First, the staff are amazing. I absolutely going and having drinks and eating there. Then Here Piggy Piggy burger is the most awesome thing I have ever eaten. However….. Friday nights are karaoke. The person they have hired is horrible. ProDJ Karaoke is not great. If you have people lined up in your queue to sign, you shouldn’t be singing yourself (especially when you are not a great singer). I don’t think we will be back on Fridays unless someone new is brought in. Other than karaoke, this place is great.”

“Looks can be deceiving with this place on Trent…from the outside I wouldn’t have thought twice about stopping but thankfully to other great reviews we did! It is BY FAR our FAVORITE sushi place between the Valley and Post Falls!! Their sushi is always super fresh, flavorful and just down right fantastic! Highly highly recommend if you’ve not been in!!! We have dined in and done take out multiple times - always excellent! The rolls pictured here are the Shogun (cucumber outside), Dynamite (topped w/ scallops), Ninja (topped with fresh jalapeño), and the Red Dragon!”

“I've been driving by this place for years, and I finally took my Mom there for lunch she had the BLT and said it was very good. I had steak and eggs with a side of bacon. The steak was nicely seasoned and cooked to medium rare as I had ordered it. It was a bit tough but it was a breakfast steak and it was not expensive. The eggs were also as ordered. The place is a bit outdated but I would definitely go back”

“What a terrific surprise this was! We passed it by once because it "was just barbecue" (we were wrong!) and "it's too busy" (we were wrong about that, too!). Even though the parking lot seemed full, there was plenty of space inside (and out). The waitress was all smiles, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. The food, my goodness, the food! Kudos to the Chef! Creative, diversified food options and both the entrees we had were absolutely delicious. We will go back and we will bring our kids (the mac and cheese options are divine)!”

“We had a blast! Friendly staff, good prices. Please ignore the scores! 😆 Lg. Pizza was around$ 18, soda was $7 a pitcher. Great atmosphere, lots of families!”

“Very nice setting and vibe. Our drawback was the pizza. Had the Maui Wowie. Bit light on sauce, pineapple chunks big and flavor just okay.”

“Food is great, tasty sandwich and crispy house special chips. Service was good at the start, but after waiting 30 min after ordering drinks we had to ask at the bar for the waitress to come back and take our food order. When they did come there was no apology for the wait. Food came out in a timely manner after that, and like I said before, very good. Waitress was good about checking in with us after.”

“I got the corn beef hash omelette and pancakes. Hash browns could’ve been cooked longer due to they were missing that crispy bite and they had no flavor so I added salt and pepper and they still had no taste so I resulted to adding ketchup to them and for the omelette it was alright nothing to get super excited about it could’ve used more flavor for it wasn’t to my liking. The corn beef hash in and on the omelette was pretty okay not the greatest and in my opinion there were way to many onions in it almost as if they were making up for lack of flavor with onions and I was not a fan. The restaurant and aesthetics were cool I liked the planes hanging from the ceiling and the tables and the fact you can see planes coming in and out from the windows. The staff was friendly but we did wait a while for our food to get to the table but that was probably because it was fairly busy. Overall it was cool to eat there cause the aesthetics but maybe it was just I ordered the wrong thing. Maybe I will try it again but idk if I will or not.”

“This newer Spokane Valley eatery might seem like a weird spot for a family dinner with kids, but it was fantastic! The kids loved sitting at the repurposed truck bed tables and looking at the old cars. The food was really good with the brisket standing out as the best meat we had. Brisket was tender, with a nice firm crust, but still moist enough to retain flavor. The potato salad was surprisingly really delicious! Not your classic mustard mush with egg. Nice big chunks of tender potatoes, diced up pickles, lightly sauced.”

“First time here and I’m so impressed. High quality food! So authentic and such a good atmosphere. The service was great and always on top of it. The server brought me their Homemade Mole Sauce after being indecisive and wow, it was the best mole I’ve ever had. I got the Enchiladas Gringas and it was smothered in their delicious homemade queso. My significant other ordered Pollo Chipotle and he was very pleased! Will be back again this week!”

“So happy I followed a friend’s recommendation and visited this restaurant. The closest thing we have to a burger like this in the Midwest is Culver’s and this was so much better. Now if Zips had Culver’s butter bun it would be a slam dunk. I had the bacon burger and the bacon was two big strips! Fresh veggies and burgers patty. Nice hot fries not overly salted and that fry sauce is fire! Will definitely have to revisit this place in the future.”

“This establishment does not have gluten free buns so they put my burger on a bed of shredded lettuce with a side of their sauce. The burger was good even with out the patty, but their fries were pretty average. The portion of the fries was a lot!”

“They have very good food here. They have big portions and are very affordable. The staff was very friendly. We had no issues while eating here. I ordered the spicy shrimp and sausage pasta, and it was delicious. The portions were so big that we couldn't even finish our meals. My wife got the chili, and despite having beans in it, she loved it, with us being from Texas, where Chili originated, that's really saying something. The restaurant is located inside the Flying J truck stop, so it is a great place for truck drivers to park, eat, and enjoy some food from a real restaurant and not a fast food joint. Restrooms were clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area for sure.”

“The food was good. The oil needs changed. The staff was friendly. It's in a sketchy part of town. Lots of graffiti around here. Not their problem or fault. Hopefully it gets better really soon!”

“From what I'm told this place is somewhat legendary for sandwiches. The hours they are open are fairly limited as they just do a few hours around lunch each day and are closed by 3:30. If you live a distance from them and work regular full time hours you'll never get a chance to try their fare. We ended up driving all the way from post falls, ID on a weekday that we both had off to finally try them. I can tell you that the offerings are plentiful (check out their well presented menu online that is organized by protein you'd like on your sammy) and the portions are generous. Each sandwich we got came with a pickle spear and a handful of (stale) pretzels so don't go for the sides. It doesn't matter though because the sandwiches are that good. Fresh deli meat piled high on soft bread offerings or in my wife's case, she went with the egg salad wrap which was very fresh and light and delicious all while being enough for two meals. My only complaint, besides it being fairly inaccessible to me by virtue of conflicting schedules, was the prices. I don't mind paying for quality but two sandwiches for $35 is a bit steep in my estimation. Still .. I'd go back. There are just too many amazing sounding offerings that I'm going to have to try. Darn work schedule getting in the way of my sandwich enjoyment!!!”

“This place is a gem💎! Very impressed with their food and friendly, speedy service. Vegetables tasted fresh and were cooked perfectly. And omg the crab wontons were decadent on the inside and light and crispy outside🦀. The sweet and sour sauce was a bit thick, but the flavor was quality⭐. Massive amount of food too! Definitely shareable portion sizes. With the rice I was able to get 4 meals out of just my veggie stir-fry. The only issue we had was the styrofoam containers leaked sauce everywhere and through the plastic bag, transport with care. Will definitely order again though. Please open a location to the west side of the Cascades🙏💚!”

“The place was very clean. Customer service was great. Our server was beyond friendly. Would definitely recommend. We ordered off the dinner menu and got the family servings (you have to order at least two). There were three of us eating and there was plenty of food left over. The portion servings are pretty big, keep that in mind. The meal included soup, appetizers, and two entrees. We did order the house lo mein and drinks and came in at about $80 not including tip. The food was delicious and it was pretty busy with carry out and delivery orders.”

“Got the steak fajita burrito! Loaded with tender steak, peppers, onions and gooey cheese! This thing was full of meat and delicious. The flavor was on point! I think the tortillas are homemade too. Their fresh pico is unreal! Why have I not been here before? Will definitely be back. My family enjoyed their meals as well! Keep up the good work. 🙌🏻”

“This was a pleasant surprise! Tacos El Cabron is a little tucked way off spraque. A friend brought me here. As we all know there aren’t many options for authentic Mexican food in Spokane. But this place should be at the top of the list. I had their birria tacos, they were packed and filling, the abodo brothe was so tasty. This made my day. If you go there (which I recommend) it’s sure to become a favorite for any Mexican food lover. 5 stars all the way!”

“Phillycious is such a fun fusion place. I absolutely love kimchi and the kimchi they make is pretty delicious. Not sure what I liked better….the kimchi waffles or the kimchi Philly. The waffles are so savory and crispy with huge chunks of kimchi inside. Never seen anything like them before having them here and I am here for it!!! I also like that they break the waffle into pieces for you so they are more bite sized. The Philly is so good too! The bread is so soft and holds together well without disinigrating. The sauce is savory and a little sweet. Really loving the Korean flavors on the Philly. The inside of the new building is so clean and the staff is so nice too!! Def recommend stopping by!!”

“Food is good but service was a little slow (not at rush hour). For to go sandwiches they provided the veggies on the side so they were good hours after puck up. We usually eat some dish for lunch and take to go sandwiches for dinner.”
