Puerto Vallarta Restaurant

Beautiful restaurant with a family friendly atmosphere, I love all of the real plants they have inside, it adds a very relaxing and authentic aesthetic. They have pork fat in their refried beans which comes with their chips and salsa. Which is not kosher, but they have lots of substitutes such as black beans or whole pinto beans instead. It only sucks if you want a small side of black beans for your chips, they have to charge you for a large side which is basically a bowl of black beans. Which is fine for like 4 people but not for just one or two people. Other than that, their food is fantastic. Nice smokey flavor in the steak fajitas. Large portion sizes, great flavor all around. Their medium sunset margarita was larger than I expected and ended up being $14, which I did not expect (I wasnt paying attention to the pricing) but was fine, it tasted nice, the blue salt around the rim was a nice touch. The waitress was very sweet, informative and attentive. The food came quick and fresh. Over all I would highly recommend this restaurant for a nice family dinner out. It also can be a good spot for a nice date because of the pleasing aesthetics.

They have a great lunch buffet. Can't argue with home made tortillas. Let's be honest anywhere I can get fajitas and a Corona I am happy.

Great place! Big servings for a good price. Staff is very friendly and attentive to anything you need! Would highly recommend!

Quite possibly the best roasted pepper I've ever had in my life, right here. Good beef, good chicken, lovely variety of vegetables cooked well, what more can a girl ask for?

Good food, courteous about allergens (any Mexican place that makes me customized guacamole????? Oh my gosh I nearly cried from happiness it was so good!), kind attentive staff, and a truly beautiful bathroom with what appear to be hand painted sinks.

The Halloween decorations were up (Yay!) and very charming. Two thumbs up and a very happy tummy.

Can't recommend the decaf coffee, though. It was lukewarm, definitely not fresh, although still drinkable. It's pretty unfair of me to ask for decaf at a Mexican place, of course, so I don't hold this against them at all.
